I wouldn't call it either way.

Both of the "leading candidates" are in a death spiral in the polls, with far more people than ever before wishing they could vote "NONE OF THE ABOVE".

If some half bright and independent came out, and managed to keep their feet, and own ass, out of their mouth, they COULD pull it off. RFK Jr is all but out of it, except he doesn't know it yet.

Right now, I'd say the race is Biden's to lose, AND it is Trump's to lose, and BOTH are doing everything they possibly can TO Lose It.
