How do i get more traffic?

All I can suggest is advertising a ton and asking members to refer people.

Twitter works pretty well, as do the suggestions by sunny. SEO has never done jack for me except screw up my URLS.

Just get your name out there as much as possible! How are you guys utilizing Twitter? I feel left out because I cant figure out how to use it effectively... LOL

Add your site to add big search engines. There are some programs that let you add your site to all of them at once. Google it, because I don't remember the name..

It has for me, you have to write some meaningful things for Google to pick up though. I get a lot of hits for tutorials that I've written.

Advertise. Advertise. Advertise. Join forums that offer reviews, feedback, link exchange and affiliations. I also started working with Twitter recently. I don't know how well that will go.

I use Twitter, and it's quite effective! All I do is make a Tweet, insert a link, and use a trending topic link that describes my forum software (like #IPB), genre (like #Technology) and other recent news!

Well if you're like me and have real people following you, they get annoyed by constant Tweets about links... I say make a Tweet once or twice a day with your site's link.

Reviews are better given at a site like TheAdminZone or AdminAddict.

Feedback can be given by members themselves, not people who aren't apart of the community.

Link exchanges have been proven to be ineffective. Let me know if you want an article about that...

Affiliations are okay, but do they work? Nope! They're the same as link exchanges. And most of the time, when you affiliate with a site, your badge is placed at the footer; where nobody ever looks.
