How do you like your Noodles?

Cantonese fried chow mein and Thai peanut butter noodles for me personally. How about you?

As long as the noodles aren't overcooked and still have their structure then I like all sorts of different sauces, etc. Same thing goes for pasta.

I do like them thick then short you know and nice and warm full of meat

Actually thickness is important, I like Udon a lot more than little thin noodles.

One of my favorite dishes of noodles is "pancit canton."It is what I always cook at home.
