Deep fried; shrimp, boiled. But, I have an air-fryer now & I have not tried cooking any fresh fish or oysters in that yet.
Should! to get away from some of that grease.
I also like salmon cooked in the smoker; and my husband's favorite way for whitefish to be cooked is baked, grilled or broiled. And...btw...he cannot stand oysters...no way.

Thats a good idea! I should cook some scrimps in my air fryer.
