Im just wondering, how do you pay for things you want? Like either from your work money if you work or your parents money (not a good thing to do, they'll make sure you remember it when their in a retirement home

), or if your an online shopper do you pay through paypal or maybe another online payment method?

I use my work money quite abit not that i earn much (after chucking some into the bank) and sometimes i use paypal for the heck of it (especially online)

.

So the simple question, how do you pay for things

Well there is no 'parent money'

Everything I own or plan to purchase i work for.

My parents stopped giving me money when I was 15 and legal to work. Since then I've paid for everything except medication, school stuff, etc. I pay Cell bills, Car Insurance, My Car itself, etc. I work a part time job and go to school.

Aside from weekly lunch money, I really do work for the money my mom gives me whenever I need some money. I mow the grass, take out the garbage, fold towels, and dry dishes. I do not actually get paid a weekly/monthly allowance, but if I need some money my mom doesn't mind giving me some. On the other hand, I do watch my cousin every once in a while and get paid pretty good.

When I have the money, I pay with cash for most things, but if it requires a purchase via internet, paypal.

Cash...all the time every time.

Im really bad about my debit card. Its easier to swipe the card than to think about how much you are actually spending.

My mom buys my clothes, school stuff, etc. If there's anything I want that isn't completely necessary, I have to buy it with the money I earn babysitting. My aunts and uncles give me checks and I cash them at my bank (and it just happens to be a block away from my house)...now that I mention it, I have 2 checks I need to cash.

I usually pay with change, too.

I've stopped using my change, because I'm saving it.

My wife hates when i use my bank card!!!! I can't help it....I lose money when it is in bills and in my wallet or pocket! I prefer my bank card!

All my money comes from the wonderful tax payers of the united states!!! Its weird because I pay the same taxes so technically I'm paying myself! weird huh?

I didn't know my husband belonged here...lol.

You'd think that someone with a degree in accounting would be able to balance his own checkbook--but NOOOOOOO! I keep books for both of us--drives me crazy--what is this charge? you're missing 3 checks here--do you know how much they were for, or who they were too?

I work, but depending it on what it is, I sometimes get help.

Things that I don't need, like expensive brand name clothes, 3 colours in my hair, eating out I pay for.

Parents still pay for a bit of clothing, and necessities like deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, etc.
