Depends on if I’m doing stuff or not. If I’m just sitting around the house I’ll check my phone several times throughout the day.

I'm addicted to picking up my phone as well, sometimes for no reason just mindlessly scrolling, was one of the reasons I removed Facebook and Instagram.

Indefinitely, but I'm required to be reachable via e-mail at work, so I have to check it frequently during the work hours. As a self-defense measure against moochers, freeloaders and other kind of parasites disguised as humans, I don't give my personal phone number to anyone unless absolutely necessary, and I keep it turned off most of the time. Saves me a plethora of time and nerves.

Usually IG, Snapchat, Discord or just texting. I watch a lot of YouTube too.

I check them consistently throughout the day, especially considering I have badge notifications turned on for them.

Quite a while... several hours. Although I check other online places more frequently than that.
