How long can you go without checking your emails or texts?

No real count. I rarely get any emails (with the exception of weekly digests) and texts.

Indefinitely, in theory, but that wouldn't be practical, so I check my e-mail accounts every 2 - 3 days, and I check my text messages when my phone alerts me that I have a new one.

I check my e-mail once a day. I have no reason to check for any text messages as no one sends me any.

Quite some time. I only don't out of consideration for the people around me trying to contact me.
