How many hours out of the day are you using electronics?

I'm on a computer at least 5+ hours a day and about the same with my phone.

Pretty much all day, if Im not looking at my computer or my phone, I'm watching TV.
Well unless I'm working or out doing something.

Too many. I work on a computer 7:30 - 4pm I come home and usually go on the laptop or xbox for the rest of the night if I'm not out.

All 24 of them.
Which should be true for just about everyone living in a developed country. We just tend to ignore them.

That was a lame answer. I have a tendency to wear a watch though...

I practically sleep roughly 4 hours a night and the rest of it I'm either on 1 of my 2 laptops, my desktop, my iPad or my iPhone. By going from that I'm mainly on an electronic device or watching/listening to them a near 18 hours a day, at a guess. Even while swimming I'm listening to a waterproof MP3 player to stop me from getting bored.

I dare you to go a couple days without using any of them. :)

A handful of my friends are in the same boat as I am actually, just they don't exercise.

Normally, I'm up for the challenge, but not the impossible. ;)
Ha ha, no, I was in Scotland for Rockness, which left me without any technology for 4 days or so, ignoring speakers and any electrical devices the bands were using.

I use electronics all day, every day. It includes my watch, computer, MP3 player, sometimes my TV, and even most of the time with video game systems.
