If I was to ever sell Forum Explorers how much would I get? It's less than two months old which also means the domain is less than two months old.

GoDaddy appraises the domain as being less than $100's, which I think is about accurate for the domain itself. If you include the forum itself (and the XenForo license), I would suspect you would, at best, recoup your initial investment. Although it will vary from person to person and you may find a person specifically looking for a forum in your specific niche, I don't suspect a lot of people would be eager to make that purchase.

Again, you may find someone with a need for that domain name. I know I often wait for domains to go on auction - ForumExplorers feels general enough that it may have that kind of appeal to somebody.

The community is a modest size (good for a hobby), but it isn't exactly 'transition proof'. If you are a buyer, you have to ask yourself, how many of those users will still be there when the head administrator and potentially the staff members leave. The fact it is only two months old and, thus, hasn't a proven longevity means that if I were a buyer, I'd be more looking to gut it and start over from scratch, thus making that aspect not a very lucrative addition.
