How much water do you drink each day?

I almost drink water exclusively with the occasion of milk in my cereal. I drink about 4 liters / a gallon each day.

not enough, but not really sure where it falls on how much you should be getting etc

I don't know. I don't drink from a measuring cup.

1 liter and a half are my max capacities, and this only because a doc told me to. Normally i would drink half a liter.

No where near enough. XD Really need to drink more.
