How often do you change your avatar and signature (on average)?

Hard for me to answer how often. I switch when I get bored of my avatar and signature.

I usually do my signatures as a way to "connect" with all that I am a part of. When that changes, expands, or diminishes, the signature reflects that.

As far as I can remember I changed my avatar only twice. Before I started using this one I always used an animated avatar of a smoking monkey.

I used to change my signature every now and then, but have been using this for quite a long time now. I think this is my best sig
