I use the internet at every point in time. Both at work and at home, I have to use the internet. There is virtually no time that I have to turn by internet connection off except it is when I am sleeping.
I guess we use the internet 24/7 having a home full of smart devices. Our smart thermostat, smart doorbells, smart kitchen appliances, etc. I'm sure I personally use the internet in some manner at least twelve hours a day.
