I'm a good lover. I just love to eat a lot but I need to cut down on my calories now? How do I achieve this?
 
If you can distract your mind to something that you like to do then you can stop yourself from eating all the time
 
I've faced the same challenge and managed to find a balance with my food habits. Still a bit of foodie though ☺️

I started paying more attention to what I eat and savoring each bite. It helped me enjoy my meals more and feel satisfied with less.

What everyone else suggested can definitely help. It takes a while, but making small, consistent changes really add up. It’s all about forming new habits one step at a time.
