Human Content Vs AI Content

What's your thoughts on unique/human generated content vs AI content?

I'm always going to prefer unique content that's written by humans, and I strongly believe it's better for SEO.

At this point I'm agin' it.

They have tried that - (are trying it) - on Yahoo mail: Telling you in the header what "they" (AI) think the content of the email says.
I say ; I don't want to see that clutter.......I want to read exactly what the email says!

I think AI has its place; however, forums are not one of them; the entire point of forums is human interaction; there would be no point to forums if AI was doing all the posting.

Human content is the way to go when you’re building a forum as forums where built by humans.

An AI wasn’t around when forums first came to fruition in the early 80’s and they sure won’t out last forums.

Call me a traditionalist, but I hate AI. Even if they're not exclusively using AI, so many people are sprinkling AI into everything they write now, and you can tell. The difference in writing style is very obvious 99% of the time. Human content will always be preferred, but we'll only keep seeing it less and less.

A robot cannot be as perfect as a natural human being. That's all I'm saying.

And AI itself should stay the hell away from forums also.

AI is good for news feeds or fantasy, but that's all.

I wouldn't describe myself as "anti-AI": I use it for coming up with ideas, and occasionally for editing and refining posts.

What I don't do, however - and what I dislike others doing - is posting unedited AI output on forums.

I use them forums interact with humans, not with ChatGPT. If I wanted to do that, I'd just use ChatGPT!

The last several months of online AI postings has proven that Artificial Intelligence can create just as pathetically idiotic content as real humans generate.

AI generated contents are completely trash. They are very useless in any community. As a forum owner, I wouldn't ever allow anyone to post AI generated contents in my forums for any reason.

The fact remains that AI is capable of generating grammatically correct content, but still it is not capable of generating unique content. Moreover, many search engines fo not like and prefer AI content. This is one of the main reasons to avoid AI content.

Obviously, human-created content remains the best and most valuable, but I don't deny that much AI-generated content is quite good.

Human contents on a forum brings real life to the forum. It is from human contents that you would get real experiences, raw emotions and real empathy.
