Human socialization-Important or optional?

Evade it without harmful effects... doubtful, though it would depend on the person. You might be able to pull it off.

Even if you aren't writing romance, your characters should still have a bit of personality to them...

There's probably not a single female anime/video game otaku out there who likes thought-provoking fiction and other stuff.
I know one.

I disagree with you. Once again I think you are making a false correlation. Autism should not prevent you from being social. I know people who have Autism, Down Syndrome, Tourettes, you name it. They are the most social, most loving and most loved people. There are so- called normal people and they are, quite frankly, assholes. Your condition does not define you unless you allow it too. Never let it label you. A rose given any other name is still a rose in the end.

Your concept of maturity is flawed. Experience provides the best kind of wisdom. By getting to know others you know more about yourself and grow wiser in turn.

Don't try to hide how important it is to socialize

and enjoy life with others. It's what separates the gentlemen from the assholes.

Well then I guess intelligence is nothing but nonsense.

EVERYBODY SHOULD GET F'S IN CLASS,Because apparently socialization is IMPORTANT.

And really, still.

A girlfriend would be a distraction.

Plus, I'm working on a project and going into writing fiction, so Why should I ever meet new people?

Didn't say that if you don't socialize that you must be a jerk or an asshole. This was simply an analogy to show that attitude, not physical condition matters. You are who you are - that much will never change. Who you think you are is what changes.

I never said that you should never make time for yourself. Nor that you should be someone you're not just to be popular. But that socialization is the key to maturity.

James, you are still young but later on you will find out how important it is to have valuable life experience as opposed to just knowledge. School is not just about the grades but also about developing the skills to socialize at an early age.

So let me get this straight, you are going to be writing fictional stories about people who spend their days being devoid of any physical display of emotion while avoiding any contact with the human race and that's it? I mean if you write stories about people who are anything but that then how are you even going to have the slightest clue as to how to accurately portray these people if you have done nothing but avoid the human race like it's a plague? Good fiction needs to be based in some reality and it doesn't look like the fiction you will be writing will be based in much reality as you wouldn't have the experience to accurately portray the average day person in any sense of the word.

You need to know how to live a life of a human before you bother even trying to write about anyone else whether they are real people or not it don't matter. We have more time in the day and more years in our life to leave room for more then one thing so not sure why you think doing other things besides writing is going to interfere when you have more then enough time in this life to do all the story writing you want while doing other stuff too that involves leaving the house you live in?

There's a lot to learn from being around others as people see things differently and can offer different viewpoints on things and look at things in a way that you wouldn't have thought of. It seems that you are depriving yourself of a lot more then you realize but I think you will figure this out eventually.

No..

The fiction I'm gonna write are as follows..

Dead Snow of the 24th-Thriller/Action, no experience is required from socialization, as the Bourne series and Metal Gear Solid already showed me how to make realistic characters.

Reaper's Symphony Series-Horror/Psychological. No experience is required from socialization(even though romance is thrown in), as Silent Hill and other horror stories already showed me how to make realistic characters.

5cdk-Drama/Psychological.No experience required from socialization, as it focused on a man and his daughter.

Great Maid Tsuki!-Romantic comedy. No experience required from socialization.

I pursue realistic and/or thought-provoking fiction, so I can learn, without having to go outside and socialize.

The reason I quit that youth group, was because the sermons were too childish and dumbed down and because a little girl there kept annoying the hell of me, saying Hi,*insert my name and whathaveyou.

And by the way, Fatal Dawn.. I'm homeschooled and my mother was overprotective, in turn.. making me live a sheltered life.

Pretty much the reasons, why I shouldn't have a girlfriend are as follows.

-Too much of distraction

-Anime chicks in galge games are easier to date.

-Marriage will be tortuous.

And why will the marriage be tortuous?

First wife? She will have be binded into a agreement she knows nothing about.

Pointless Questions Clause

If the spouse asks a otherwise pointless question like Does this dress make me look fat?,etc.

It will count as a strike.

Mall scenario:

If asked a pointless question like that..

First strike:Leave the area and drive home, leaving her there.

Second strike:Leave the area and drive over to Walmart, buy a door lock and drive home.Change the lock on the front door.

Third strike:Leave the area, drive over to Walmart, buy a door lock, drive home, change the lock, pack up game systems, computer, etc. Leave the house.Cancel wife's credit card, etc. and change the PIN number on own account, withdraw all the money from wife's account and transfer it to own account.

Divorce wife, book a flight to Japan and live happily.

Home scenario:

If asked a pointless question like that...

Go to the party/event anyways, but without her.

Infant Clause

If there's a child born, the wife must perish or a divorce must occur after three years.(In a sense, the wife helps through the infantile years and the toddler years)

Live happily without the wife.

And by the way, I'm dead serious.
