I don't get it

This has been something I've been wondering on for quite some time. But what's the appeal in wearing pants with holes in them? I just don't get it.

I dont see the point it in either. People spend $100 for designer jeans that are made to look old and crusty with rips all over, zippers that lead to nowhere and rhinestones glued all over.

To me it just looks unappealing.
