...is that wrong?

That's why I qualified the post above like I did, Justice...I mean, I've seen plenty of those:

Its funny my wife a legal immigrant from South America was even more upset then me about letting criminals get away with breaking the law. It was a punch in the gut for all the people who came here legally. I think she was hoping he would keel over more then me while watching a criminal act happen on t.v.

Isn't it weird that for six years, Pres. Obama kept saying that he didn't have the authority to do what he did Thursday night...only to turn around and do the very thing that he said he couldn't do?

*deadpans* ...maybe its' that flexibility he spoke of w/the Russians a few years ago....

a lot of americans disapprove legal immigrants coming to america too because there's not even enough jobs for americans, let alone enough jobs for legal and illegal immigrants that come here for work...

there's millions of americans out of work and unemployed yet so many flock to america each year looking for work and to stay permanently... then a lot of those people send the money out of the country therefor hurts the american economy...

There's a difference there, though: while we can argue about the effects of immigration altogether, the difference between the legal and illegal immigrants is the legal part: those in the former group, Justice, have played by the rules, stood in line and made their way here on the up-and-up, while those in the latter didn't. Or should we just simply open the borders wide and not set limits on who can enter?

no, we should shut down the borders and not let anyone in that wants to work and stay here permanently until we get our own unemployment issue resolved, not make it worse...

if liberty, you or anyone else really wants people off of government programs, y'all and anyone else would agree...

A absolute overwhelming majority of Americans do not disapprove of legal immigration. Just Americans would like to see a limit of how many can come in every year so our country can properly absorb the new people. 95% of our friends are immigrants from Ecuador, Venezuela, Columbia, Peru and Cuba. All started off as democrats and obama has turned them into what the left calls right wing radicals. I could not be more proud. And I think our Venezuela friends living among some of the worst lefty loons in control that now have control over toilet paper factories have went the most right. So if the democrats think this makes a majority of the spanish population happy on what obama did they have a sad day coming.

Plus businesses are begging for people who can do high tech and managent jobs and we are lacking Americans right here who can do that. Those people like my wife who has one of those jobs is who we should be giving priority to come here. Not the ones who are low education workers. Then once we have gotten our economy back we look at those kinds of low wage earners who want to work hard and live the dream.

so in your own words, you want to discriminate against people that are less fortunate? :|

I can agree with closing down the borders for a period of time.

If you want to call that discriminating which it is not, sure!
