Are there any stores, restaurants or public places that you will not ever go to again?

Why won't you go there?

What happened?

There really aren't any places which I vow to never go to again, though the one place I will avoid at all costs is walmart, simply because of how rude and unhelpful most of their workers are :/

Same. I do my grocery shopping at local stores, and most other things I can buy online anyways.

peugeot car dealerships................once had a brand new one that had major issues, had to reject it as un fit for purpose and they still tried to cheat me out of money that owed me,,...had to take legal action

as a rule, i avoid national franchise stores and food establishments as much as possible, with walmart and macdonalds on my boycott loudly list.

tucson is known for it's resistance to the national franchises and they're virtually non-existant downtown and on fourth avenue.

We prefer local places and small chains.

We avoid "you want fries with that" and national chain restaurants and stores as much as possible.

But sometimes, you just can't get what you need at a price you're willing to pay from a "ma and pa" store.

For instance, the old fashioned hardware and junk store just south of here has the electric "stuff" I needed to do our project. However, for example, their "Square D 20 amp breakers" were almost twice the price of the "regional chain tractor supply store" across the road. And "wally world" was cheaper yet.

I bought a handful at the "W"place, and am now filling in odds and ends from "Big R".

i use a lot of the little flat plano tackle boxes to hold beads and stones and went to buy a couple dozen of them years ago. they were maybe three bucks at wally world. plano directed me to their local distributor and they couldn't match wally world's price until i bought a gross of them. that was one of the last things i bought there.

in austin, walmart has so beat down the distributors that the small grocers have to buy from sam's club.
