Ice-Cream or Sherbet?

I can have both but prefer ice cream over sherbet.

I'm guessing there is continental language divide here?

To me sherbert is a powder, but Google tells me that what you are all talking about is what we call sorbet?

Weird how every country is different even though we all speak English.

here in Australia sherbet is a Lolly powder but in other countries it’s a type of frozen food as well.

Exactly, when I was a kid we had sherbert dabs that were some kind of red lollys that you sucked and dipped in it, or sherbert fountains that were the same kind of thing but with liquirice instead of a lolly.

I have ice cream over anything at any day more then sherbet :) More of an ice cream to yogurt dude you know :)

I am not choosy, so I can have both. I would have some because it is summer here in my country now.
