So what you are saying is he should not be armed and if it was his time to be murdered so be it, tough luck and to bad for you. And hopefully the next victim will have better luck.

That is not at all what I said;  what I wrote is still there, in black-and-white.  Go back and read it s-l-o-w-e-r, this time.

Please concentrate on mastering the art of getting your thoughts succinctly placed on paper before you graduate to paraphrasing and bastardizing my written words for me.

Thanks.

I read it and will stick with my original comment. Unless you are now saying law abiding citizens across this country should be allowed to carry a concealed weapon and no state has the right to supersede the 2nd amendment as many are doing. Then I will stand corrected on my original comment.

Nope. No need to wonder/translate/bastardize what I'm 'REALLY' saying; it's all still there, in black-and-white.

You played a "What If?" game; I played a "What If?" game.

I played it better.

I won.

Yup. What I have said above is absolutely correct. But please share how you are a pro 2nd amendment believer and people like these senior citizens should be helpless to be prey for others.

I can't explain that which I don't believe;  I don't have it in me.

Since you've decided you know best what it is I really believe, why don't you just go ahead and write for me how I am "a pro 2nd amendment believer and [believe that] people like these senior citizens should be helpless to be prey for others."

This one time, I'm giving you permission to completely ignore what I've actually written (and which is still all there, in black-and-white) and simply bastardize and tell others what it is I'm really saying.

Go ahead...I can't wait to see what you'll come up with, from your imagination running wild with absolutely NO boundaries.

Creative writing exercises in the "Debate" forum;  interesting utilization of the site's playgrounds.

I don't believe you are pro 2nd amendment. But again if you care to explain great. If not that is fine also.

That's because you have difficulty reading - and comprehending - others' words.  Probably because you're too busy deciding how they're wrong, all wrong, and how you need to make sure they know how wrong they are, before you've finished reading what they've actually written, so you're not really even paying attention, anymore.

I've made my position on the 2nd Amendment very clear;  if you can't see it and/or have tried to make it something it's not, that's because doing so better fits your agenda.  I believe in the right to bear arms if one so chooses;  I also believe in the right to NOT bear arms, if one so chooses.  The second MY government tells me I MUST own a gun is the day I buy one simply to overthrow them.

No I read it and you are still being somewhat vague and did not answer my question many post back.

Got it.  "Vague" to you = "not writing what I want to read, so I will continue to pretend I don't understand basic English until I harangue you to get you to write what I DO want to read.

Not happening, lil fella.

And with that, I'm out of this "debate".  It did not live up to its inferred promise.
