Hmm, maybe Daggerfall. Just a remake to make it a modernish game.

I'd like to see a Super Mario game with composed metalcore riffs, an ability to shoot enemies with guns that shoot fake ammunition, and MMA-esque boss fighting sequences. Not saying that there will be blood or gore and what not, but it will boost the game rating from E to T.
