I Had a Galah named Rose used to talk a l little ...and someone said to her hello cocky and i guess didn't get it right or the person was not very correct (it was not me)
she learn to say a little different ....
I had the cage outside and i could see Rose from the kitchen window ..... if a fly screen was not there i could easy touch her ....and every time i went to wash the dishes and notice me there and wanted attention she will start saying
HELLO COOKIE
it was very funny every time .... so i think i will learn another parrot to say the same as i miss her she was the most funny bird

We have parrots. Two conures and a female ring neck parrot that will barely say "good girl" when she's excited.
Valued MemberI sadly can't have any pet bird due to my respiratory disorder, but if I did, I would teach it to swear in English and Irish.

I had to take her back where i got her from and even up to that day i'm angry with some people that made me end up doing that ... but she was one of the best character after the cockatiel i had .Rose looks like QUITE the character!!
