I'm in the same boat. Photobucket is pretty reliable, but their interface has been a bit cluttered for my tastes. It takes forever to load on my internet connection.

I'll roll with whatever works though.

Off Topix's banners and userbars are hosted with photobucket and they've been there for a few years now. That's evidence that they are reliable.
