What do you do to remind yourself of important upcoming events (weddings, birthdays, doctor appointments, etc.) ?

We write things like that on the calendar.

Nothing. If I can't remember it probably wasn't worth the effort

I have a whiteboard in my office where I write down important events for a certain month. It works as I haven't missed one yet!

Write it on the calendar and/or put it in my phone calendar. The phone alerts me at the time I specified.

I put it in my cellphone.

I tend not to write them down

My family remind me XD
