Getting there.. making great progress.  Started working out at least twice a week last Feb.  Have lost 2 inches from around my belly and am working towards a flat stomach now.  Really feeling I am getting stronger with each work out now, pushing myself harder each time.  Recently I had to add 15 min to my gym schedule to complete the workout.

Yes. I have a Bowflex Xtreme Home Gym. The Bowflex is used for both strenght and cardio fitness. I work out for one hour every day.

Here is a Bowflex Workout video

My current job is like working out for 6-10 hours a day. Running, lifting boxes weighing 5-100 lbs and putting them on a conveyor.

I'm still in needs improvement though.

Hope you practice proper lifting techniques. Don't want to end up with a bad back.

I do my best. They don't offer back braces which is a shame, considering the type of work. I'm not intending to make it into a career. It's a temporary, holdover position until I get something using my degree.

They don't?

I'm not in shape, but I'm still within healthy limits for my age, height, and weight. That won't last forever, though.

I'm very skinny. And not the good kind of skinny. I really need to put on weight, but no matter how much I eat I don't seem to gain any.
