How do you feel about your dog/cat/any pet sleeping in your bed with you at night?

I really don't like it even though I have no pet.. I just think the fur is going to get in the bed.

I do not allow my dogs on my bed. They are both small (one is 6 lbs and the other 8 lbs) and could get hurt falling off the bed. They have their own bedroom and nice comfy sleeping crates.

Sometimes one of my cats comes on the bed at night, but usually he doesn't stay long and sleeps somewhere else on his own. I don't mind it when I don't know of it but if he's there when I'm going to bed, I can't really fall asleep as long as he's there.

I didn't like my dog sleeping in my bed because he sheds hair all over the place and I didn't trust his bladder.

I'm sure he feels the same about you.

Doubt it. :P
Having an animal in your bed isn't the most sanitary way to sleep.

My old dog Bruce use to sleep on my bed sometimes. I used to love Bruce sleeping on my bed, kept me company, though he loved to take up the whole bottom of the bed, had to put my legs out the side of the bed!
Bailey did a few nights when we first got her. Now she sleeps in a crate in the Kitchen.
