Incredibly Expensive Takeout Food

What's the most expensive you've ever paid for fast food/takeout? I was with my best friend yesterday at an air show for fleet week (military thing) and she paid 16 dollars for a crab cake. 16 DOLLARS.

Everything is getting so expensive these days that I'm unsure what to pick.
It seems like everything I order ends up being more than 50 bucks.

Take out is going way up in price. It's stupid. It's why I've been going to the grocery store and cooking at home.
