Should one be allowed to plea in a court of law not guity by reason of insanity or provocation?
 
Yes. If you are insane, or can't control you actions, really it's not your fault.
 
Yes. That's freedom of speech.

You can plead anything you want in court. If you have enough money to hire an expensive legal team and pay off experts that will state the crime was committed due insanity/provocation then more than likely it will work. Heck, if your a poor slob like me then I think my chances would be slim to none using the insanity/provocation plea.



Heck, look at what OJ Simpson got away with and he didn't even have to use the insanity/provocation defense. Money let's you walk case proven.
