Invisible Mode

Invisible mode allows you to browse the forums without appearing in the 'Currently Active Users' lists. Ever use this and why would you?

Because I'm a private person who doesn't always want to be bothered with PM's or direct questions. As with most of my life, you should just leave me alone!! (Not you specifically, Jazzy, but you in general.)

I never saw the point in being logged in anonymously hence why I never bothered to use it.

I've never used it and personally don't see the point of it. I use invisible mode on msn all the time because lots of people keep sending me stuff like Join my forum etc

Never hid myself; I feel staff should let their presence be known.

Especially if there are members on that forum that's stalking me then it's a compulsive reaction. *snort* Also if I newly joined a website I'm normally on invisible until I know I'll be active. Not sure why I do that.

I don't often do it although sometimes if I feel like it I will go invisible.. There isn't really a reason for appearing offline except if theres a person you don't wish to speak to..

I would never do this on my own forum and usually don't do it at all. The only exception is when I log onto a site that I know might not particularly like me so I can lurk without causing problems.
