Is English easier or more difficult to learn than other languages? Why do you think so?

Compared to my native language, much easier. Grammar is much simpler, and the language itself is more intuitive.

As a native English speaker I can't comment on how hard it is to learn from self experience, but I can imagine it gets challenging with words that are spelt the same but are pronounced differently, or pronounced the same way but have different meanings depending on context. I don't know if other languages have that or not.

You should see my language. Not only some words have more than one meaning depending on the context, but the regional dialects have some of their own unique words and expressions.

What is your language?

I might have recently said that somewhere on this forum. Feel like going on a scavenger hunt? ;)

Regional dialects? Sheesh....there's American English, British English, Canadian English, Aussie English, probably South African English; not to mention all of the different Regional American dialects.

As a native English speaker, it's hard for me to comment, but from what I've heard from non-native speakers, it's easy to learn and hard to master. The basics of the grammar are simple compared to many foreign languages, so it's easy to learn it to a functional level, but there are so many weird nuances that even the native speakers never get all of them right!

Quite literally the easiest language in existence, no? I mean you can have difficulty learning it sure, but it's the easiest relative to every other (major) language ever.

Actually its the opposite, people who had to learn this language have told me its very difficult.
I did also mention you can have difficulty learning it, but relative to other languages it's easier. What's that person's native language?
