so, here's the question... and it's in the conspiracy / theory section for a reason... ;)

do you think second-hand smoke is bad / unhealthy for you?

or is it similar to anything else that causes health issues?

Of course it's bad, you're breathing in toxins. Where is the conspiracy?

Ask those questions to something w/breathing problems or someone suffering from asthma and get back to us, m'kay? :|

I've got asthma, and even the smell of smoke can make me feel nauseated. Sometimes, if it's a lot and it's close around, my asthma will act up and I have to use my inhaler.

Running. Not nausea, but running or walking upstairs can easily trigger it. It tends to be sickness induced as well, but those are the three things that can make it bad.

No, not really. More nauseated than anything, but exhaust fumes don't kick my asthma in. Cigarette smoke does it, though.

Some of those make me sick (especially if someone's doused themselves in perfume), but they don't give me asthma.

they make you sick but not trigger an asthma attack? :|

Yes, but the nausea depends on the amount of the smell around me and it doesn't last very long. My asthma is triggered by smoke, certain exercises, and illness.

There is none. Its common sense that it's bad for you.

Second-hand smoking? I have one word for that: unhealthy. I hate cigarrette's smoke with a passion.

People used to say the Earth was flat and that we were the center of the universe, but here's a news flash: even the seemingly smartest people sometimes don't know jack shit. However, everyone is different. Second hand smoke affects everyone differently, but we do know that it is most likely not a GOOD thing to be exposed to.
