I understand that the boss should make final decisions on a lot of policies at the workplace. This is very important especially when new policies need to be implemented. However, how would you react when you have a boss that don't consider the opinions of others when making decisions in the office environment?

No. My boss' rarely ever pull rank on me unless someone has really aggravated them and they're looking to blow off some steam.

They are authoritative in that they are the boss and run the show, but they treat us all with respect and understanding. It's never, "You have no say in this because I'm the boss so shut up and do your job." My boss's don't like to micromanage and treat us like adults.
