So, that eliminates... ... North America for sure, and essentially all of Europe with the possible exception of Switzerland, and maybe Liechtenstein.

Most of Asia goes, including all of the "-stans", even China was an invention of its own ruling cartel who then oppressed everybody else, as was Japan.

South America goes too, it was carved up by the Europeans with the blessing of the Pope at the time.

Africa is a mess by any standard, and even they can't agree on how it should be administered because every solution proposed by anybody is hated by the rest of the players.

Oceania is pretty much the same story as Africa, but on a tropical island, it's easier to put up with lines on the map.

NO, the situation is far from ideal, but only so many people live in Disney World, the Middle East is a cesspool of conflict that, when there's nobody else to fight, they fight amongst themselves, and that includes Israel, when they're at peace with the Palestinians, the various Jewish factions throw rocks at each other.
