Justin Bieber passes 15 million Twitter followers

Justin Bieber has passed 15 million Twitter followers for the first time, as he lies second in the all-time list, behind only Lady Gaga.

The 17-year-old Canadian singer, who earlier this week confirmed he would perform on The X-Factor this weekend, has yet to address the milestone.
