Do you keep yourself fit by doing any form of exercise? If so, how often do you do it? For me, I do it once a week where I take long walks for about an hour or more. If I want to shed off a few pounds then I'll have to do it more frequently and that wouldn't be easy to do. I tried going to the gym every week once but I didn't stay there for long. I only ever used the treadmill and cycling machine to burn off some calories.
