Ladies Ideas?

Okay I wanted to get all of your opinions (Really just the ladies) Okay, So most of you know probably by now that I'm making a gaming website from scratch! However last night I thought about creating a girl area, Where girls can talk chat, and even request battles to each other do you (Ladies) think this is a good idea? Men can reply too.

I've only ever been on two forums which had a girls area. I'm not sure what the guys thought of it, or the other people, but I liked it well enough. Actually I had to like them since I was admin on both, but then again I didn't own or really control much of the site. It was a bit strange not having an area just for the guys though...there were a few comments about it being sexist. Make the distinction: is the forum about girls or for girls, and then also see if you want to make it so that only girls can post.



You don't need to have every forum there, if a lot of girls join and request such a category, or you suggest it and people like the idea, then go ahead and make a board just for the ladies. I'd probably have a look at your site myself, especially if you actually thought about girls who might be gamers. I know we are rare in your world.

The concept is very nice in itself.

Well see no one should complain as the whole site is basically for guys lol. That's why I was asking if I should make a special area only for girls.

You could try it and see. Sometimes you really don't know how a site is going to work, unless it's up and running. But personally, I think it's a good idea. Good luck with it.
