Every year about this time, my area gets invaded with lady bugs. There are billions of them and they are every place you look. The worst is when they find a small opening and get into the house. I must have just spent an hour trying to capture them in a cup and throw them back outside. I no sooner close the door and there are more! The only true way to get them out of the house is to vacuum them off the walls and ceiling. They are all over the windows, doors and house. I went to get the mail and they were all over my clothes! Ugh...I hate this time of year. Thank goodness it only lasts about a week and then they are all gone.

Do you get this too where you live?

I hate killing bugs but I just vacuumed again as they were all over the wall and ceiling by my back door. I don't mind bugs when they are outside but I can't stand having bugs IN my house. The other thing I've learned is to not smash them as they have a terrible odor. I wish I could find how they are getting in but I don't see how they're doing it right now.

The whole problem is that you can't drive them off. For every 50 I catch and throw out, there are 50 more within a half hour. It's not just my house that's like this. Everyone in this area now has lady bugs INSIDE and are doing the same as I am. You can't even go outside as they are all over the place!! The get on your clothes, in your hair and some of them bite.

I enjoy lady bugs though, they are nice looking and best of all, they don't bite!

They do bite and I have the bite marks to prove it!

No offense but I'm glad I don't live where cockroaches are the problem.
