I like it, but I've never tried to make it myself. I'm not much of a cook and I'm highly impatient, so having to wait for food sucks.

I'd like to try making it, is it difficult and technical, Jazzy?

I make it using zucchini sliced thin lengthways and then browned slightly in olive oil and butter, then layered in the pan with the meat (using both ground beef and pork sausage) and cheese and sauce.

I have little use for anything involving noodles.
