Last meal cooked

The last thing I cooked was a simple lunch. I had some wombok and bok choy to use up, so I made a quick ramen soup with them.
I kept the seasoning simple and had a nice bowl ready in about 10 minutes.

Tuna fish sandwiches

The last thing I cooked was a simple omelette, more like a Spanish omelette.
I added sliced potatoes, peppers cut into rings, tomato slices, and fresh herbs. I haven’t made it that way in ages....wish I’d taken a picture to add to my folder

I love Spanish omelets! That's where I discovered the magic of capers. :D

^ capers are great
.......................
Roasting a mix of white, orange, and purple carrots in the oven......... having them with fish for dinner :eat:

The last thing I made was spinach with salmon. (Using an older photo I took.)

The last thing I cooked was Pumpkin & Spinach Soup yesterday. It had been a while since I made it, so I really enjoyed it, and I’ve got some leftovers for today:dance2:

The last thing I cooked was chicken satay skewers with a peanut dipping sauce. I wish I’d taken some photos, but I’ve been a bit too busy, and a little lazy when it comes to snapping pics while cooking. Still, it would’ve been nice to add something new to my cooking album.
I didn’t actually taste it myself, since I’m eating vegan meals at the moment, but my son gave it a thumbs up, so I’ll take that as a win.
As for me, I just had an avocado sandwich, so that doesn’t really count as cooking. :p

Grilled cheese with olives and jalapenos, with fries on the side.
It did look a bit odd, I put the bread slices together the wrong way after cutting them
Anyway, I didn’t take a great picture, just snapped one quickly, probably best to avoid food photos for a while.
My son enjoyed it though, so all good. :happydance:

I made ground meat burritos not long ago, that’s the last thing I cooked. The photo’s just of the filling
