Where to start? I made lots of stuff .....from salads and pork barbeque to roasted beetroot and fried rice. Plus too many veggies to mention! Anyways, I have leftovers for a few days now, not that I mind.
I didn't take pictures of everything, but here is one of the fried rice. I made it for Christmas and it turned out fantastic, so I thought why not have it again?
