Last thing you ate/drank?

Dinner and had a drink of Powerade.

Been a long afternoon sitting with my mother.

Could only check on either race (F1 or NASCAR) for a minute or two at a time or she'd start in "why do they do that?" and "that's stupid" or "where are they?" and so on.

Wild Turkey is called for.

I guess I can call for it all I want to, but I've got to go open the bottle and pour it myself.

And a beer.

Yes...

And now, THOSE are the last things in my hand. A coffee cup with one ice cube half full of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 8 years old, 101 proof, and a can of Miller High Life.

Thank you for asking.

Chili fries

Ate some nuggets about an 1hr and a half ago :)

I last ate some homemade bakewell tart.

I made avocado paste with salt, black pepper and mint. Put couple slices of cream cheese and one thin slice of ham - on a toasted bread. It had a refreshing taste, I liked mint mixing with avocado. Totally a recipe off the top of my head :!:

Drank pepsi next with it.

It was, you should try it. I think it fits well to a cooling evening after a hot day. And avocado's healthy. I skipped butter, used a whole avocado and put it half and half on two slices of toasted bread. I could've used a tiny bit more salt though.

I definitely would like to try this. What kind of mint did you use?

Dried leafs crumbled, sold in a herb shelf. Looks similar to oregano that you put on top of pizza? You don't want to put too much mint, little bit is enough so the taste doesn't overpower everything else. I don't have a blender so I squashed the avocado, it had a nice texture - so it wasn't a smooth paste but you make to your liking :P
