I'm interested in learning it and I have the disc's but I haven't listened to them in ages. I need a kick up the backside

It's finished at college, and I don't have money to attened a proper course. But I might be able to take it in university, but I wan't to get the basics sorted.
 
I worked for a Japanese company and they gave free classes. I took the classes but I found it so difficult to mater even the basics. I was luck enough that one of my managers was willing to tutor me. I truly believe to learn another language it's best to learn first hand from a person who speaks it. There is also a computer learning program called Rosetta Stone which I learned from as well.

If I had the chance to work for a Japanese company or have any chance to learn Japanese from anyone who can speak it, I would jump for the chance
