Have you ever accidently gotten locked out of your house/flat?

How did you get back in?

Various times, i climbed over the huge wall with the help of a friend!

I tend to forget my keys everywhere i go :(

I've not locked myself out of my house (at least, not yet). Lucky for me, my neighbors have a spare key to my house. I just have to hope they are home if I ever lock myself out.

I have once. I have a spare key hidden on my property so all I had to do was get it and let myself back in. :)

MAny times regards the keys in the car :P talking about the old days when you had to open the car and lock my key.

Old fashion way. A coat hanger or something skinny and small that long enough and try and picklock the car from the window and then inside.
I tried that once. Took me a few hours but it finally worked.

Nowadays hard to find people who cars and keys like that :P

Three times that I know of back when I was living out in the country. I was 20. It was one of my grandparents houses as they have a lot of them for rental purposes. I had to take the storm window covering off and crawl in through the kitchen. So after 2 more times of this happening. I wised up and made a few spare keys.

It was shortly after we moved into this house & I wasn't familiar with how the doors & locks worked. You know how some doors you can still turn the knob inside but it's really locked? That was the door! Luckily we had a spare key hidden.

Soon no more gas cars and all electric. Means you say open with voice commands :P

YES! When I got my first house and got married I was so used to my mom being home that I didn't realize what happened until it did...that I locked the door without my keys. I went to my next door neighbor to use their phone (we didn't have cell phones then) and called my mom who had a spare key. She lived across town so it was no big thing. Just embarrassing.
