A 37-story London skyscraper is reflecting sunlight off its surface, melting cars in the streets below.

Saw this the other day. Interesting to say the least. It's a nice looking building though!
 
Would your insurance cover that?


O.o With a bit of luck it'll be dirty enough in a few years to prevent this sort of thing from happening.
 
I remember walking past buildings during the evenings in a hot summer in London, you could feel the heat coming off the buildings, especially red bricked ones. Thankfully I didn't experience it at the level where it could melt cars :)
