Long Topics

If a member creates a really long (lots to read) topic, do you read it or just skip over it?

Depends on whether the topic interests me or not, and if it does, how much of an interest in it I have. The more of the interest I have in it, the more likely I am to read it whole, without skipping anything.

If it is something I'm interested in, not only will I read the posts, I'll probably go out and find other resources and check them out as well.

This. My eyes can only take so much. I mostly skim or skip unless really really interested.

I skip it and don't post. I think threads need to be short and sweet so some don't lose interest.
