Mold, working appliances, fastened fixtures, drafts coming from windows/vents, check for infestations in cabinets and along the floors, check for cell reception in all areas of the apartment, check the water pressure in sinks and the shower/tub and make sure they fill up and drain down, listen for various noises (neighbors, animals, nearby traffic). It's also advisable to come during different times of the day to hear what it's like in terms of noise.
