I'm at our dining room table, so....

A half empty tin of cashews.

Fortunately, that is between me and the Second Item to the Right.....

An empty six quart slow cooker with ceramic insert and glass lid. Even empty, it is still quite heavy and would cause major unpleasantness for whoever threw it if it didn't render me incapable of violent response.

The cashew can would probably just pop open and make a mess.

Well, there's a large standing lamp to my right, but I'm not so sure how it'd affect me if it hit me in between the eyes. I'd say serious, serious damage and or death due to brain damage/swelling/cranial injury. xD
