I dont like the word dieting. as a diet is short term. I want to lose 3 stone. Which would take me to 10 stone 4.



I weighed myself on Tuesday and I was 13.8 , I drank some beer tonight so I would say I have lost about 3 or 4 pounds this week. but I still have tomorrow before I get weighted again.

1 Stone is roughly 14lbs so 3 stone = 42 pounds

I lost some weight last summer, but this has been a long, cold, depressing winter--and some of it has come back.



Yesterday, I started walking--I have absolutely no endurance. I have to build back up.
 
I have endurance, Just no motivation at the moment.. Need to get that back
 
Well maybe between the two of us, we can both succeed....

I have a pedometer, and Saturday I walked 3/4 of a mile.... 1 mile = 1.6 kilometer roughly. So, from there--you do the math....

I have a Pilates machine.... Need to use it more than I actually do.
 
Pilates is really good. I've got to get back into YOGA. I haven't done YOGA in months--it really helps with all the computer work that I have to do.
 
Yea, it was my mums idea to get it. I use it way more than she does

The reason most exercise machines don't work, is from lack of use....

I need to stop eating so much unhealthy food. I'll try drinking more water and more healthy food, meaning little fast food.
