Jesus says: John 13:34: A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another.

John 15:12: This is my commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you.

We are to love one another. Even our enemies....You say you don't have one? In truth, those who consider you an enemy, also think that you are their enemies....

Matthew 5:43-45: Ye have heard that it hath been said, thou shall love thy neighbor, and hate thy enemy. (44) But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefuly use you, and persecute you. (45) That ye may be the children of your Father, which is in heaven, for, he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendth rain on the just, and on the unjust.

Love one another, just as Jesus loves us.....

I wish that was more attainable, but it's not because human beings inherently are capable of doing and saying the worst, and we know that their experiences drive them toward their bigoted and prejudice, racist, misogynistic and vice versa, beliefs and way of life. It's important to remember, though, that YOU are the only one in control of yourself. You cannot control others, so try to wake up every day asking yourself: "What can I do to make the world better?" even if it's just a small thing like holding a door open for someone, helping people in little ways, smiling, etc.

:clap::clap::clap:

I so do agree....A person is in control of his/her own life.....And what they say/do, speaks volumes.....That's why I strive to be the best that i can be.....When I receive negative responses....I wait a while, before i respond....I call that my cool down time....And when I finally do respond, I'm calm, and able to show the respect that I wish to show......
