When you were in school, where did you hang out at lunch time?

Me and my friends used to sit in the cafeteria the whole lunch time or we would go stand in front of the locker rooms.. That was our spot

Well, we have to stay in the cafeteria, but everyone has their own tables and if you sit at a different table without the people at the table saying you could, you'll be dead. XD Back in middle school, though, the cafeteria was really small, so we could stay outside if we brought our lunch or didn't eat lunch or after we ate, we would go outside. We usually sat on the steps of the school.

We have a little space at the cafeteria almost like a corner where we just sit and talk away from anyone that could give us trouble, and when we go outside we go as far as what is allowed and either talk or play dodge ball, keep away for whatever we choose.

We don't have cafeterias here in NZ, at least in schools anyway. I usually hang out in or outside the common room. Sometimes, I'll shake it up a bit and go somewhere else.... however, I do not have a particular group of people that I hang with. I will hang with anyone or any group. Everyone knows me, so it makes that possible.

Yea, we sit at the very back of the cafeteria, on the right side, first table you'll see when you get your tray. It's our place, but it's not like I have to sit there. I sometimes hangout with other friends, but for the most part, I hang out at that exact table/usually the same seat.

When I went to public school all we could do was eat at the cafeteria

It would have been boring as hell if not for my friends

Wouldnt eating it in a nice large heated / air conditioned room with tables be a lot better?

Also it would be easier for the staff because the mess is all contained in one room instead of trash being everywhere.

We had a certain table at the cafeteria that me and my friends would sit at. It was in the far corner of the room, next to the windows--with a good view of the football field.
